AUTOMATIC WEIGHING

Automatic weighing system that uses 5 vibrating channels which are separately managed by PLC for disengaging the product adequately. Normally combined with automatic box changing and / or product settling stations. Suitable for packaging small metal components, both in boxes or bags, and usually combined with packaging machine. Also available in a flat belt version which is suitable for plastic or rubber parts.

Technical Data

Option to manage carton forming machines, closing machines or labelling machines.
Loading via ground hoppers or belt hoppers with a modular conveyor or in polyurethane.
Accuracy verijied according to the weight of the product to be packaged.
