VPACK SRL is a company active in the packaging sector, specializing in packaging systems for technical items (non-food).
The application sectors are diverse: automotive, packaging of screws, fittings, hydraulic accessories, fastening systems, mobile hardware kits, spare parts for boilers or appliances, electrical components.
Packaging can be done both in bags and boxes. For packaging, it is possible to start from a flat roll or a single fold and multiple materials can be used:
- PELD (POLYETHYLENE) → Recyclable film with high mechanical resistance.
- PP (POLYPROPYLENE) → Recyclable film with high transparency.
- ECO → Compostable film.
- MULTILAYER → Laminated with PP, CRYOVAC, or other films for special uses.
- CA (CARDBOARD) → Recyclable film.
Bags can be made as pillow, square bottom, crown, or with double side welding, and for each one, the European hole version (Euroslot) can be requested. On the other hand, the box solution can vary from cardboard boxes, KLR boxes, or metal boxes.
Our mission reflects our values: we aim to provide each customer with a customized solution, taking care of every detail to speed up, automate, and facilitate the production process, with particular attention to the new market needs. For this reason, through the "research and development" department, we continuously propose innovative solutions, especially in the field of automation and digitalization, energy savings, and environmental sustainability of the plants.
AUTOMATION AND DIGITALIZATION
To further facilitate the operations of operators in loading or end-of-line processes, we manage, develop, and integrate new robotized, anthropomorphic, collaborative systems and "pick and place" or "bin picking" systems into our lines. The precision in determining the correct amount of product to be dosed, in bags or boxes, is increasingly requested and of fundamental importance. Therefore, in our lines, we propose quality control systems such as weighing baskets for good/reject, vision systems for dimensional analysis of parts or control of foreign and defective parts, end-of-line weight control systems.
Each machine is equipped with a system for storing setup data to be managed directly on-board or remotely.
ENERGY SAVING
Every electronic component of our machine is built with our partners to achieve maximum energy efficiency (low consumption vibration boards, LED buttons, high-performance epicycloidal reducers that allow the use of low-consumption motors, etc.). A careful study has allowed us to transform some production sequences from continuous to intermittent so that they are used only at the time of interest (step-by-step output belts and not continuous). Special attention has also been paid to air consumption, replacing, where possible, some pneumatic devices with new solutions with lower consumption.
ECOSUSTAINABILITY
VPACK SRL has long started a project to contribute to environmental respect in order to promote an increasingly "green" product. We propose new packaging films including paper (CA) or polyethylene (from renewable sources or recycled at 30%).
